Meow by Hands On Design

Meow cross stitch pattern (hd-177) is a pincushion project by Hands on Design as part of their Block Party series. The top and bottom pieces are two different designs and then the side is one long piece that you stitch and fold around.

Notes on Meow Cross Stitch Pattern

I have chosen to stitch this pincushion using the DMC colors.

I don't have the MEOW pins, but the pattern does come with the little square of felted wool, so I'll put that on the top.

Is This a Beginner Friendly Cross Stitch Design?

I would say this isn't the most beginner friendly design. I've decided that because after stitching, you have to sew it into a pincushion. I haven't tried it yet, and so I reserve the right to change my mind about it as I go through that finishing process.

Goal for Stitching

I want to get this done this year, so I'm going to make it a focus piece for September. It's small enough that I should be able to finish it in September.

Current Progress

I am currently just a few stitches into the side panels of this, so not very far at all.

Let's Stitch Together

If you're currently stitching Meow by Hands On Design, I'd love to know and we can keep each other motivated and updated!

Happy stitching, friends!
